While my son loves the fact that the wipes are warm when I use them, the stupid lid to the warmer won't stay shut. It is constantly drying out the wipes that are in there and I have to constantly go back and shut the lid. I've even tried putting something on top of the warmer, but that just makes it more difficult for me when I go to change a diaper. I would recommend this warmer if you have plenty of extra time throughout your day to make sure the dang lid stays shut! Also, if you have a money tree you can go pick money off of to replace all the dried up wipes then this is the product for you. Yes, I have been replacing the replacement pillow so it isn't that. Just frustrates me to spend so much money on something that doesn't work properly.

I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT BUT THE "COMPANY" I ORDERED IT FROM SENT ME A USED PRODUCT INSTEAD OF A NEW ONE. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM OFF TO THE STORE TO BUY A NEW ONE!

I noticed an immediate change in my infant son since using warm wipes. This product is very useful. But make sure to read the instructions on when to clean and when to replace the pillow inside the unit. I have been washing it about every five days and it works just fine. I have tried two kinds of wipes in it: the Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes Refills, 192-Count Packages, Pack of Four (768 wipes) and the Seventh Generation Baby Wipes Refills, Chlorine Free and Unscented, 70-Count Packs (Pack of 12) (840 Wipes) [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging]. Both work with the pop-top function of the warmer, but I found the Seventh Generation wipes to work better overall as the Pampers ones seemed to get too wet from warming.

This wipe warmer does an awesome job keeping wet wipes warm and moist. It does not work with huggies but does work with all Pampers wipes. This doesn't bother us because we prefer pampers. The wipes aren't super warm but not cold either by the time they reach little man. It is far more functional than using the disposable container wipes come in. We have 2, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. So worth the money!

I have 2 wipe warmers one prince lionheart and one munchkin. The munchkin wins hands down. The LH pop up lid will not stay down, not until I get angry and slam it down. It also burns the bottom wipes since it heats from the bottom, not to meantion taking all the moisture from the wipes causing them to dry up. I wish I would of saved my sanity and took it back from the start.
